Both hammered around the edge. The bottom disc is given a brushed finish, while the top disc is left shiny. Then they are stamped in my lovely little Clementine font to fit all your family names~
(Bottom disc can be stamped in a spiral if you have LOTS of names!)

It is topped off with up to 6 channel set birthstone crystals and hangs from a beautiful sterling silver box chain in either 16 or 18 inches.
