​​HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET YOUR ITEM:

​   The easy answer to this question  is about 3 weeks.   This will vary depending on my current production time.    

​Production times do vary depending on the number of orders received.   Generally your order will ship out within 2 weeks.

SHIPPING:

​    We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  

Domestic first class shipping times are generally 3-5 business days.

International first class shipping times vary from 2-6 weeks. 

 

​

 Rush shipping services are available at checkout  (Priority and Express shipping)

 

 

PACKAGING: 

Every item in my shop comes ready for gift giving. My jewelry comes in a cute little kraft box wrapped with black ribbon, while my Garden stampings come wrapped with a cute little ribbon. Everything is packaged securely in a bubble mailer to arrive safe and sound.
In an effort to conserve and because so many of my items are shipped directly as gifts, I do not automatically print and ship an invoice. If you prefer one, just ask!

 

 

RETURN POLICy:

If you are not satisfied with your item please contact me so we can work something out! I would be happy to refund ,or replace, if possible, as long as you return the original product in the condition you received it in.  Please note that due to the custom nature of my items I AM NOT ABLE TO REFUND PERSONALIZED PIECES.   If there is a problem with your custom hand stamped item please contact me as soon as possible so that we may work something out together.
