7/8" sterling silver hammered edge disc
The sterling disc is stamped with the cute phrase:

"The best moms get promoted to Nana" (or Grandma, Mimi etc.)

It also includes a 1" copper oval charm and 1" brass rectangle to add the grandchildrens' names.

Finally, a cute brass key charm is added for a sweet little touch. The charms hang from a sterling silver cable chain.

The whole piece is oxidized and brushed to give it an antiqued look.
